Wizard Chess Leaderboard

One of the reviewers for the 7DRL jam notified me that Hardcore version was not running at all, which prompted me to release a new version that fixed the issue (I broke it in v0.3). While at it, I addressed some other minor UI issues and a bug that only triggered when the player lost, but had more army in reserve that saved his ass. I also added Leaderboard functionality, so that winners can submit their result and show up [here](http://www.heroicage.info/wizard-chess). The server powering it as the same I'm using for Heroic Age, and I wrote about it [before](https://ostr.itch.io/heroic-age-the-roguelike/devlog/154597/version-070-leaderboard).
